Shareholders

There are eight company shareholders comprising both local and foreign nationals from Japan and Canada.

The Management Team

The Board of Directors is composed of six people who bring excellent professional qualifications and wide practical experience, ensuring a well-balanced and highly respected group to guide the Company. Specifically the board consists of highly experienced directors from diverse backgrounds.

Consultants

The daily operations are the responsibility of the Managing Director and CEO. The headquarters staff consists of a small group of dedicated and well qualified personnel.

Operational Staff

Currently the Company employs over thirty operational staff, covering areas such as construction, civil engineering, landscaping and environment, equipment operators, mechanical servicing, maintenance and infrastructure installation. In addition, a number of functions are outsourced to strategic partners as the requirement arises. In this way, a limited number of people are able to provide the human resources needed to ensure the Company’s success.
